Shipping, returns, warranty and privacy terms for orders placed with LANVOLT, operated by WUREN E-Commerce Technology Co., Ltd.
Shipping
Orders ship within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation, subject to stock availability. Estimated transit time after dispatch is 7–10 business days to the United States and Canada, and 8–10 business days to European destinations. Transit time to other regions varies and can be confirmed before ordering. A tracking number is emailed once your order ships.
Orders of US$100 or more, before duties and taxes, ship free. Orders under this threshold are charged shipping at checkout. Import duties, VAT and other destination taxes are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the listed price or shipping charge.
LANVOLT is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspection, extreme weather or other events outside our logistics partners’ control. We will help track a delayed shipment when you contact support with your order number.
Returns & refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused adapters in original packaging with all accessories included. Once an adapter has been connected to power, it is treated as a used electrical accessory and is no longer eligible for a no-reason return. At that point, returns are limited to a verified quality issue under the warranty.
For a quality-issue return, LANVOLT covers return shipping. For any other return, including a wrong item ordered or a changed mind, the buyer covers return shipping. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of the returned item being received and inspected.

Warranty
LANVOLT adapters carry a 6-month warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects and product quality issues, such as failure of the built-in thermal-monitoring circuit or an internal contact or connection failure not caused by misuse.
The warranty does not cover damage from incorrect outlet use, unauthorized disassembly, external wiring or circuit issues, or normal wear. To file a claim, contact support with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video if available. Approved claims are resolved by replacement or refund.
Privacy & terms
We collect the information needed to process your order and provide support: name, shipping address, email and order details. Payment is handled directly by the payment provider selected at checkout. LANVOLT does not receive or store your card number.
Your information is used to fulfill orders, arrange shipping and respond to support requests, and is shared only with the logistics and payment providers needed to complete your order. We do not sell personal information to third parties for marketing. Marketing emails are sent only with your consent and can be unsubscribed from at any time. You can request access to or deletion of your personal data by contacting support.
By placing an order, you accept these policies. Prices and stock are subject to change; the price shown at checkout is final. LANVOLT adapters are independent replacement accessories. You are responsible for verifying that the outlet, connector generation and circuit rating match your intended use before ordering and before use. LANVOLT is not liable for damage or injury resulting from an incorrectly matched or misused adapter.
